We ordered platform beds, desks, bookcases, kitchen islands and TV cabinets in this shop. Designer Asta designed multiple patterns and templates based on our ideas, and patiently explained them to us; the installer has rich experience and fine workmanship. The pre-sales and after-sales services are attentive and value for money, and worth recommending.

Generally, the sales process, design process, and installation process are efficient. Compared to some companies in Vancouver, this company definitely offers better prices. Asta was able to understand my needs and created the 3D Perspective map for me within 24 hours. In the end, the installed closet looks good. The technicians were patient. They answered all questions and resolved all my concerns surely.
Asta, Toby and the install crew have been extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process. We had a few design challenges which Asta came up with solutions that are creative & cost effective simultaneously. The crew is also very accommodating to my requests despite them working tirelessly the entire day on the installation. Stellar team and I will not hesitate to hire Vancouver Closets again!
